Do you agree with my list of the top 20 illest mc’s of all time?
I was sitting down yesterday trying to make a list. I thought **** record sales. Just pure lyricism,flow,subject matter,vocabulary everything. – I also added examples of songs that showcase them at their finest.
And i eventually got one. Ideally, i recognised Biggie and Pac are more or less interchangable so it doesn’t matter i they are in any real order… I wanted to cap it at 20 so if you see two mc’s under the same number…I just couldn’t be bothered to seperate >_>.
If you disagree with mine, Post yours.. The best one i see gets 10 points.

2. Pac – (don’t really listen to much pac but i’ll start a riot if i dont include him)

Big Daddy Kane – Entire discography.

7. NaS – It aint hard to tell, the world is yours, nas is like, halftime (Favourite MC)
8.Jay-Z – Politics as usual, can i live, renegade(even though em torched him),Encore.

18. Mobb Deep – even though they’re a group. The infamous is a classic.

I just realised i have Jay-Z above big daddy kane. Flip them round O_O.
