What do you think of this top with leggings/belt for wearing out?

I saw this top in Asda today, and it’s a bargain at £10.

I have a night out this weekend and need something new to wear, although I’m on a very strict budget.

Do you think this would be nice with a waist belt, leggings (perhaps wet-look) and black platform shoes?

I know it’s a top (as opposed to a dress), but I’m only 5’3″ so it sits around mid-thigh region.

Ridiculous family christmas card photo ideas?

2008 – dad was drunk and mom was trying to separate me and my brother. we were beating each other up
2009 – kids tied the parents up and opened the presents and ate the cookies

we’re at a loss this year. we’re not afraid to be ridiculous or crude. nothing cheesy like having the kids wrapped as presents. think out of the box (haha)

What truck company did you use for moving and how did you like it? Where do I get the packaging boxes at?

Go to restaurants and stores, they usually just throw out their old boxes. Thats how i got all of mine, for free, like millions of them haha. Good Luck. Oh ya and use Uhaul…they are the most well-known and have great rates…

Hi there… I got a home spray tan kit for my xmas..havent used it yet.. too scared i end up like an oompa lumpa. I wondered any one any tips for using it as i have a wedding and im too skint to use the sunbeds in the running up week… Please let me know any do’s and donts of home spray tanning.. should i do it night beofre or couple days beofre so it has dyed down?? xxx i will obviously do a test run before the actual day but any tips be great!!! thanks ;op

There are two or three that I’ve seen here in Ma.. One is a very tiny doughnut shop (it was once featured in Gourmet magazine). It’s just a wonderful place. Check it out it’s called Butler’s Colonial Doughnuts. Then there’s a Portuguese bakery called Medeiros & Son Bakery. They make great bread, sweet bread, and pasteries. (508-672-9059) That’s the # of the shop itself, sorry don’t know ther realter. Good luck to you.

What is better for commuting Cannondale Bad Boy or the Road Warrior?

I am starting to commute with a bike everyday, about 5 miles, I want to buy a Cannondale but I am undecided between the Bad Boy and the Road Warrior.

I want to buy and American made bike because I had had bad experiences with cheapos from Wal Mart. I prefer to pay more and get more quality.

Any other American made bikes out there for daily use?

I’m not sure if cannondale still makes the road warrior. They both look like good bikes. The Bad Boy is going to probably be more comfortable and has disc brakes, so if you are biking around in traffic those might come in handy.

Cannondale Bad Boy 8?

Ive been to a several local bike shops and I think Im settled on buying a Cannondale Bad Boy 8 through the ‘cycle to work scheme’ my firm is offering. Anybody got comments on this bike?

Persistant Punctures Cannondale Bad Boy?

I have had 7 punctures in 3 months commuting to and from work in London. Always when going over small divets or potholes the innertube splits around the bottom of the valve. Can anyone advise please?

Are you using the small nut that threads around the valve? I’ve seen a lot of situations where using that (and tightening it) can tear the valve stem out of the tube. It’s not really necessary and I’d recommend not using it. Aside from that, I would check the inside of the tyre to be sure there are no remenants (glass, stones, etc) from the first few flats that could be continuing to cause havoc. Finally, I would make sure that the tyres are inflated to the recommended pressure before each ride. If the tires are underinflated, hitting a pothole can cause the tube to be pinched causing a flat.
